I want to stop my contract with MTN and change to vodacom. I Went to my nearest vodacom branch. The guy that helped me did not know what he was doing. I had to go back 3 times to take documents they needed. Why didn't he tell me from the start, what documents he needs. Now after all the hassle, they tell me I can't get the contract I wanted. I spend around R1300 a month at MTN. Now I want a contract that cost around R860 a month, and they don't want to give it to me. I am a housewife now and my husband that is a dentist signed surety for me. Still they didn't want to give me the contract. The guy at vodacom was no help, I had to phone him the whole time to find out what was going on.

Looks like I have to stay at MTN.
