Charging me BIS when I have a SAMSUNG

I used to have a Blackberry phone that required BIS. I did my upgrade on the 7th April 2013 to a Samsung S3. For the Months of April & May 2013 I have been charged for R59 for BIS when I didn't even know it. I only noticed today 02 June that I have been charged, which means that for the month of June 2013 I will be charged AGAIN. As a Sales Consultant at Vodacom they should have asked me if I wanted to deactivate this service as I no longer have a Blackberry and as a consultant who deals with this everyday should have thought to ask me. As a VALUED Customer I shouldn't have to think for the consultant therefore I shouldn't Have to pay for the R59 for 3 months. This is not my first time submitting a complaint for bad service and I am now wondering should I even stay with Vodacom???
