After really trying to make use of your call centre to resolve this I still have nothing, so unfortuantely I need to resort to this. The worst part is that I am a potential client, I am not even a client. I have been waiting on a line to be installed for a month and a half. I have had my wife sitting at home waiting for people to rock up only to find out that there was not even a note made I called. The following people should all get down rated on their performace for no service and no follow up with the client. I have initated 90% of all the contact. AGents Raymond, Sdiso and Cornelia. Managers Sanele and Matilda.

What do I have to do to get a line installed at my residence?
I will damned make sure everyone know about how pathetic your company is.
You better make sure I get a call before 6pm today and that the installation will be done at 9am in the morning.
