Autopage not releasing my number to be ported

This morning MTN has sent a request to Autopage to port my number. I was informed that it takes max 20min to do this. 2 hours later the number has still not been released by Autopage. Upon phoning the call centre the agent dealing with my query was unable to assist me at all and pretty much told me to call back in 24hours time coz she cant assist me now. I have had endless problems with Autopage overcharging me and having to fight for a credit monthly some of which have been outstanding for over a month already... Now that i want to move to a new service provider they are not releasing my number... this is ridiculous!!! appalling customer service to the very end!!!
