Complaint on top up Cell C bundle – 2 Gig per mont

I signed contract with North Gate Cell C on 11/10/12. I came with a query that the bundles for next month had not come through. They checked in the system, call center team & I was told bundles reflect on the system but that I should buy more bundles to activate. The 2nd time they blamed my computer for failure to access the bundles. I called the Cell C HQ in Sandton. A lady by the name Phakamile from Durban call center answered call at 11:46 on the 2013/04/19. She asked for my 3G card details she asked me whether I had removed the 3G card I got the first month and replaced with the 2G. I was never told that I was served me with two cards 3G & 2G. She explained clearly what was supposed to happen the day I signed the contract. I learn that the necessary process of removing the 3G card after the 1st month wasn't explained to me, being the reason why I kept on going to their offices with the problem of failing to access bundles. Thanks to Phakamile who explained things to point. I lost 5 mnth of data bundles and business. Cell C chould refund the data bundles for 5 mths because the assisting staff failed me!
