Bad Service Received from Vodacom

I have logged a service request with Vodacom on the 8th of December 2013 and since to date I haven't received any feedback from them. I bought my 1 GIG data bundle that is on special and my account was double debited (139 X 2). Every time I contact them they say my query is pending. I'm very disappointed with the service I have received from Vodacom and I hope now they will respond to my query.
