I wish to complain about the Samsung S4 that is on contract at MTN I got my Samsung not even 4months ago and this is now the second time I have to return the phone. My phone just die when I'm using it longer then 5min at a time. When I went into MTN today to try and resolve the problem they just told me to go to the Samsung store in Brookleyn they will then replace my battery without any attempt of trying to assist me.
The S4 is the worst phone Samsung ever brought out. I was so excited to get the phone but the disappointment is now bigger then the joy. I cannot give the phone back because it is on a contract.
