I went to the samsung store on the 03/12/2013 to take out a contract on a S4, I was promised by the sales person Perian that I would receive my phone that same day it never happen I get call to go to the store to get my phone get all excited only to be told they have to dispute a matter so I can't get my phone now but it will be sorted in no less than 1hour so I wait for the call, finally after 2hrs I go to the store myself only to find the person who helped me has left and that my contract is not complete and I cannot get my phone, seriously I could have gone to a cell phone store and got my phone that same day but I am a big supporter of samsung so I supported my brand store only to get the worst service ever. There was a staff member who went above and beyond to try help me but the point is I didn't not get my phone as I was assured and promised I would. I must say due to that service I will never again buy in any samsung store or product if that the kinda service I will receive
