I took out a contract with Vodacom in August for a SAMSUNG S4. My phone got hot when using an app.
On Sunday the 01.12.2013 my phone just switched off. I took it to Samsung in Fordsburg as the phone is still under warranty. They replaced the battery and told me they had to replace the software on the phone. I then go back to samsung the same day collect my phone IT NOW SWITCHES ON BUT THERES NO SERVICE NO NETWORK. Now I'm told i need to take it to a vodacare to see if hey can fix it. THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS NOW I HAVE A PHONE THAT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I HAVE PICKED UP THERE'S SO MANY COMPLAINTS ON THE S4 AND IT MAKES YOU CONSIDER THE BRAND. so if this happens while having the phone for almost 3 months, whats going to happen in 6 months time.
