Telkom Retail City Witbank - Pathetic Service

Two weeks ago we applied to install an adsl line at our home. I was contacted last week to set a date and we agreed on the 4th of December. On 2 December my fiance went to telkom and told them; please before they come they must phone him because we are both working and not at home. They took down all the details, done. Tuesday 3rd of December i received an sms saying that they'll only come now on the 5th (today). Changed the date without consulting us, we've been waiting the whole day for them to phone, and only 13:37pm they contacted me to say that nobody was at home this morning, which i told the technician "John", that we gave them our numbers to contact us BEFORE they go. I told the technician that he must go now, cause i've let my fiance know. I've tried all of their numbers, but it keeps on ringing, NOBODY picks up. And now still my fiance is waiting at our residence, and telkom is NOWHERE to be seen.
