I have been so frustrated with my internet service being so pathetically slow and I phoned Mweb to report the problem. They said they would ask Telkom to check the line and if necessary somebody would call at the house to investigate and that it could take up to 7 days.
To my great surprise about 3 hours later, I received a call from the Telkom Technician to ask if he could come and check my internet from this side. Wow what service, thank you Telkom. My internet is now working like a dream.
