Handed in my phone for repairs in July 2013; when I went to collect it in October no one knew where the phone was. I was told on in November they located the phone and will drop it off at my office on 18 November 2013. As yet no one has been here nor has Waseelah bothered to return my messages.
I am shocked and horrifed that this cellualr sservice provided is incompetent; unwilling to assist witht the problem or take responsiibility!!!
