My damaged Galaxy S3 (cracked screen) was handed in at AP's Northmead Square branch (011 425 6119) on 12 July 2013, with the understanding that it would take 4 to 6 weeks before I could have my phone back.
We're now on the way to 3 months... and still no phone. First there was a problem with insurance, then apparently the phone was delivered to the Midrand branch, and no trace since then.
If I don't have the phone by tomorrow, I will insist on a replacement. This just isn't good enough.
