Waiting since 12 July 2013 for repaired phone

My damaged Galaxy S3 (cracked screen) was handed in at AP's Northmead Square branch (011 425 6119) on 12 July 2013, with the understanding that it would take 4 to 6 weeks before I could have my phone back.

We're now on the way to 3 months ... and still no phone. First there was a problem with insurance, then apparently the phone was delivered to the Midrand branch, and no trace since then.

If I don't have the phone by tomorrow, I will insist on a replacement. This just isn't good enough.
