WHY DOES MTN BILL US FOR DOWNGRADING TO PREPAID?

Good day we would like to query why we were charged R59 for downgrading to prepaid for the number 0837762073. This contradicts what the agent Lea advised us and does not correspond with the previous debit of R378. Why were we not informed and why is MTN taking money that is not due to them? See reference number 105348442. Please sort out this mess urgently! MR JM DU PLESSIS CELL 0837762073

The debit of this month was R 437 and we were advised that there would be no more debits for 083 776 2073 in OCTOBER, September would be the last.
