Contract was taken in Aug 2013. October 2013 Phone was replaced. November 2014 same problem with phone. It was handed in end November 2013 to Altech Autopage Springfield Park. A week late it was sent to JHB... 21 December 2013 I called to inquire about my phone. nobody knew about it. 7 January 2014 I have to call on a land line, wait 15 minutes, get disconnected and call back, to get told nobody knows about the phone. Over an hour of Telkom land line calls and still no feedback. Every bodies doing investigations... Management, Staff... This is just TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. DO NOT TAKE CONTRACTS WITH THESE GUYS. Are they going to reimburse me for my land line calls, loss of phone usage, money that i had to buy a cheap phone with, loss of business contacts? Answers pleaaasssse! im tired of this BAD SERVICE!!!
