Hi to whom it may concern.
I ve a contract with autopage, I gave my 9900 blackberry bold for repairs, It kept rebooting every 2min. I gave it to the Hillcrest branch (Kzn) for repairs, I received it after 5 long weeks. The sales guy from Autopage Hillcrest told me it's a NEW handset, when I remove the battery I see it is a REFURBIsHED phone.
After a month this phone is giving more problems then my original phone. When I phone the call center on the 30th October 2013 the lady says the warranty is over. But when I go to Hillcrest branch on 30th November 2013 they tell me my warranty only expires on the 25th November 2013. So my problem is I would like my phone to be repaired / replaced, I will not pay for repairs because ur people said my warranty is over.
I ve been a customer with u guys over 7 years and this is how ur'l treat ur valued customer!!!
