I went into Vodacom Tygervalley on 27 September to get a new contract.

I walked out with my Iphone4 on Sunday 29 September and was told a copy of my contract would be emailed to me. I am still waiting. I was told my sim would only be activated the next day. I was unable to use my phone properly. I went in on the Wednesday and they re-downloaded some software. I was told to bring it back if I had a problem. I was unable to get service and download, so returned to the store on 5th September. I was told my phone had to be sent away for repairs. A brand new iphone?!? When it returned from JHB it was sent to the Apple store.

I phoned the Apple store and was told I should have been given a new phone because it was within the 7 days. I finally contacted the head office and got my phone on 15 October. I had to re re-download which obviously took more internet. I also received my phone half way through the month. I personally think I am entitled to a discount, but the head office say no. They say the problem has been sorted out.

The staff are not trained because my iphone should NEVER had been sent away. I would like to say a lot more, but unfortunately there is not enough space.
