In march/April this year I took in my I-Phone 4 for repair. In order to get a loan phone I had to pay R1000 deposit accross to MTN!! (I have no issue with this as its an expensive phone). It took MTN quite a while to get my phone repaired but it eventually came back all good. I returned the borrowed phone and was told that I would receive my deposit back within a week. I have been back to MTN on no less than 5 occasions to ask when I could expect this back!! Lyle in all fairness does what he can by sending info to MTN head office but to date I am still waiting to receive my deposit back. (its been over 4 months now). If you are working for MTN you can check my details on the system (I have refused to renew my contract with MTN as a result of this).
