Elite Mobile called me to upgrade my Vodacom contract. They told me that I will get 1 GB data on top of my monthly 500 MB for the first 6 months. When my upgrade became effective on the first of Dec it was not allocated. When I called them to get it corrected they simply say that the agent to me and that it is not part of the contract. Even though the conversation was recorded, they refuse to give it.
When I called Vodacom they say that it is not their problem as Elite Mobile sold the contract to me. The problem is that Vodacom gave my details to Elite Mobile without my permission and I was under the impresssion, I am speaking to Vodacom directly.
Either they must take responsibility of their suppliers or not share my details with 3rd party providers.
