Been having problems with our telephone line and ADSL, reported it on Monday, still waiting for some form or response, Its absolutely shocking. This is the second time in a matter of 30 days. Its an embarrassment to South Africa, that such poor service is been give in areas that affect our day to day business. pathetic, would love some one from telkom yo actually call me, cause I don't have the time to go threw your uneducated staff at your call centre.
