We reported on the 20/03/2013 our telephone line as well as the ADSL has a problem. We are running a business in Bloemfontein and we need telephone contact with our customers. We are still having problems after no response from Telkom. They just give ref no and nothing happen... VERY POOR SERVICE... and they know there service can crab... because we can't go anywhere to get a better services... TELKOM IS POOR NO THEY ARE VERY POOR WHEN IT COMES THE SERVICE DELIVERY...
