Our business is located in Nelson Mandela Square, Sandton. Our ADSL line has been down since 15 January. We have called on a daily basis to follow up. We have been told 3 times that the matter has been escalated but we have still not had a technician investigate the matter. This is pathetic service... Telkom is pathetic... their staff is pathetic... we will be moving onto a wireless internet solution so that we don't have to deal with them... Well done again Telkom!!!
