My Account was supposed to be cancelled on the 31st July, I didn't want to renew my contacts. Eventually after 2 months they said that the contracts is cancelled! Why am I still being billed for a service I don't have and definitely don't want!!!
I will take this further!! This is unauthorised debits!!!
Telkom NEVER deliver any form of service!!! Only once a complaint is lodged they respond and put in a little effort!!!?
