Don't care about customers after signed

Good wen you signup after while cut your speed! staff tries hard but management is really bad never response to answers or messages, They don't care about there clients after their signed, never want to take responsibility in one month heard 5 different excuses why service is bad. Ounce waited over 20 mins for Clint on phone he never phoned back. Doesn't offer anything for clients who barely had service just expect you to smile pay in full and wait for them to get their things in order. Gets upset wen you curse at them but they don't care why clients are upset. Manager cuts the internet and then says you must email your problem to them. Line speeds way way below minimum what you pay for.
