On 30th January 2013 we reported a faulty ADSL / Telephone line. On the 2nd of February we received a sms stating the matter was resolved. It was not NOT RESOLVED. it is now 5 days and I am losing money at my business with no communication to and from my clients via e-mail nor telephone. The problem with the cable has been going on for the past 3 years. Why can't it be replaced / fixed once and for all!!! I pay my Telkom account every month and in advance, why must I be satisfied with such BAD, POOR AND NON EXISTING SERVICE!!!
