I needed a sim swap done on a pre-paid card. As the old sim card was lost and was RICA'd. I phone MTN 173 spoke to numerous agents around 2pm on the 22 September 2013. None was helpful or just arrogant, especially the person I spoke to Tshepo call was placed around 16:14 on 22 September, this guy would just not assist me, complained computer, being stuck, he rebooted the PC kept on telling me to phone back -WHY!!! He did not even try to phone me on another number back or transfer me to another agent etc. He just wanted to cut the call, great service eish. MTN is full of, all contracts I have will be canceled - I have been a customer of MTN for at atleast 6 years!!! To end this story finally got someone to help which took another 30mins. Attitude and service of this level is unacceptable... If you don't believe me, go look at your call logs and recordings!!!
