I bought second car and wanted a new tracker unit fitted. As I have been a customer for a prolonged period of time I requested no installation fee, no 36 month contract at a reduced premium that I currently get. Initially I called on Tuesday and spoke to Cheryl, still coming back to me, with a subsequent follow-up call to Tshepo, asking for Cheryl to call me back this morning. I called back and spoke to a retention agent, The agent, Lerato who could not give me this deal so she escalated to her arrogant team leader, Moses. He also could not give me this deal so I moved to plan B, which is to transfer the unit from my other vehicle to my newer car. Once again, I mentioned to him that I have not paid for a transfer previously as I have been a loyal customer for so long. He was blatant and very arrogant and said, well maybe its time you start paying for the transfer as this is a business and nothing is for free. Well, if that is the attitude I get from being with a company for 15 years than I really do not want to be part of it. I cancelled my contract with them and also requested a manager to call me as none were available at 9:00 a.m. when this wonderful service was given.
