3G Dongle Usage not limited

I do not know which number to dial anymore, and don`t care to even attempt and phone in anymore. The moment I speak to a consultant they alsways have to transfer you, there is never a supervisor and/or Manager available.

According to my understanding and request that I made with MTN Direct is that when I reach my 2gb limit I should not be allowed to exceed this limit unless I load another budle on. Currently I`m using an Linux based OS and the software from the mtn modem doesnt support Linux Ubuntu. I phoned in 4 times requesting my 3G balance as well as logged into the website. Today I went to a friend installed my device software and got the mesage from self service on the applications stating: Y'ello, you do not have other additional balances".

For how long did I now use my device without knowing my that I`m going to be avercharged at month end, this is mtn`s problem and My original agreement is when my data is finished I need to top up.

Will put a stop on my Debit order this month
