I have had endless issues with my number since early June > Firtsly my card just stopped working and then from the 149 package upgrade thats where my problems started.
I have been billed from R300 to R1000.00 on other months. I have been speaking to Sajeeda from accounts and no one can explain to me where these charges come from all they can tell me that its data. I have not used the sim for July and i was sent an invoice of R1000.00
All I want is someone to give me detail as to what exactly am I being charged for and not a vague answer that just says data.
Can someone please take the time to contact me and explain to me what is happening on my account.
