Telkom Complaint for Faulty line/ADSL

My ADSL and main telephone line are out of order. My first call was on the 19.07.13 and service was restored for 2 hours. Then I complained again on the 26.07.13 and the 27.07.13, to no avail. Nobody has been to check and still no service on internet or telephone lines. My home telephone number is 011 867-4628.
