I have no telephone and ADSL line service since Saturday 11/05/2013. I have reported the faulty on the same day. 5 days later my telephone and ADSL line is still not working. I have called the call centre twice a day since Monday and have very little feedback. I have received no communication regarding the fault, and contact or update from Telkom.
