I got an upgrade in May 2013. the phone has been giving me software problem from December 2013. i sent the phone in three times for repairs and upon inspection at the advanced repair centre i got and sms that the phone would be exchanged. when I went to collect the phone on the 15 of Janaury 2014, i collected a refurbished phone. for the next 17 month i will be paying for a refurbished phone. i doubt i will pay less since i am no longer paying for a new phone. what guarantee do i have that this refurbished will last the 17 months, when a new phone could hardly last 7 months.
