Exuberant unauthorized data charges at Cell C

I called Cell C to inquire billing trying to understand why my bill went from around R500 to over a R1000 for both July and Aug. That is a R600 increase for only data usages. Why would data usages be exactly the same for the last year and then suddenly change. I still have the same phone from July 2012 so that should not have made a difference. In the meantime we also installed WI-FI at home to download apps plus I have an Ipad. I had a look at by billing and strangely enough on the21st of August at 19:30 I was charge a R104 for data; 26th of July at 11:16 and 15:42 I was charged R220; 27th of July at 10:16 a charge of R107.74 and lastly on the 28 of July a charge of R202. Doesn't it seem strange that only on these days were there such large data usage? I thought that I will be using less data having the WI-FI and Ipad, so what has change since last year in my billing? They registered my query on the 12th August at 10:29 (3081201102) and had to do it again on the 15th August at 13:06 (3081501931). To get help is the most frustrated process with Cell C. You get advice that they don't pick up any sites that I have gone on that uses a lot of data, but they cannot help me so they will
