Once again I am experiencing the same problem I had previously, HIGH LATENCY PROBLEMS. Recently I've experience Ping (ms) of about 500-1000. Yes, 1000. All Telkom does is fix the problem only once you've complained and after a while after that, they just don't care until you complain again. This is, for the second time, pathetic
