My wife "purchased" an iPhone % from Mobile Cell limited on Saturday 10 August 2013 with a promise of delivery the next day if the payment of R5000 is made before 12:30.
Everything looked fine with us receiving a pro-forma invoice on the same day. Payment was made. An email was then received from Trans Global Logistics with a tracking number for the package but it was for 2 iPhones and a Samsung Galaxy S4 being shipped from the UK.
We received an email this morninbg indicating an additional payment of R3300 for customs clearance and delivery. This is where things get fishy.
We challenged the guy from the Bloemfontein office of Mobile Cell Limited who now refuses to take calls. He first said that we must pay the monies into a Capitec bank account and receive all phones after which he will sort it out. He stated that there was an error from the UK head office side.
His number is 0738536221 and goes by the name of NH Moremi.
I've also now lost a lot of money with this.
