Trans Global Logistics

I bought a cellphone on line from Mobile Cell Limited for R5000, with the promise that it will be delivered the following morning. The next morning, I phoned the seller to ask for a tracking number. The tracking document stated that the package comes from the UK. 2 days after buying the phone, I received an email and phone call from a courier company called Trans Global Logistics, saying that my package is being held at OR Tambo Airport at Customs and payment of R3300 needs to be made for Import Tax to get the package. I paid it, but about 45 minutes later, I received another email and phone call, saying I still need to pay R4500 for Import Certificates and documents. I phoned the seller every time, but he kept on telling me that if I want the phone, I need to pay the courier. Eventually, I found out that the courier company does not exist and uses an overseas company address as part of their contact info. The address of Mobile Cell Limited in the UK, as specified on the tracking document, does not exist, neither does a company by that name. The address of the company in SA, is the address of a clothing shop. I lost a lot of money to this. Please be on the lookout!
