Vodacom Billing Nightmare - INCOMPETENCE

I could easily take 5 pages to explain the full nightmare, but the crux of the matter is that prior to being out of the country for 3 months we asked Vodacom to stop my wifes contract after the agreed 24 months, We agreed to pay the final debit orders and wanted to move to prepaid. We returned from volunteering overseas and were welcomed with a frozen account and ITC threats. On 24/07/13 we sat in front of a consultant who apologetically confirmed that Vodacom made an error by logging our request, but some reason not processing our request. They even furnished us with dates and times of our call! (Feb 25 at 17:20) We Are still offline. We have spent countless hours driving to Vodaworld and debating over the phone and we are getting nowhere. They have no desire to finalise this problem, but will quite happily chase us for payment and tarnish our credit record on account of their error! If this doesn't get sorted shortly I will have no choice but to cancel all my business contracts and move to another provider that will appreciate my business. I am due for an upgrade on my personal contract with Vodacom, but have held off until I get this matter finalized.
