Mtn bad service

An account was opened with my particulars. First time I called mtn customer care line to report this, I was given the wrong fax no. I phoned again two days later, I was transfered to legal department. I spoke Jemine in ligal department, she was not very helpful, she told me to fax my I'd and affidavit, I did but she never came back to me. I phoned again few days later, I spoke to Vusi in legal department. Then I was told that I should go back to the police station to make a new affidavit because the first one was missing an accout no. I did that, faxed it back. to him. I am still waiting for responce a week later. I am not a customer of mtn never been never will be.
