Lack of efficacy from MTN Department

A account was opened in my name. MTN has handed me over for an account that I don't have. They requested an affidavit and certified copy of my ID which I supplied over a month ago. The department was unhappy with the clarity of the stamps from the police station. I went back a second time to get a new certified affidavit and ID (which had 4 police stamps on which they still did not accept). I have gone to now drop off the originals at their offices. I still have had no final outcome on this matter - it has been over a month. I get hounded by VVM debt collectors everyday because MTN does not have the common courtesy to communicate with their debt collectors that this is a case and that it is being investigated. I have sent 18 emails already regarding this matter. I have been to the police station 3 times, I have driven to their offices to drop off the original documents, I have called their offices to try to speak to the head of their legal department (more than 5 tiems now and have just been cut off).

THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE FROM MTN!!!
