I was robbed and my phone was. It was a bad experience but I knew I had insurance. I sent through all my paper work on 18 June at 08:50. I was not contacted or emailed by the next week monday, 24 June so I had to call the call centre again and after being cut off 3 times eventually got through just to be told there is no stock of my phone. I asked when will the stock be in, "I dont know". Very bad attitude and I had to call no one even kept me up to date. That afternoon there was meraculisly stock and I was asked to pay the execc. I payed and send my proof of payment 25 June at 08:17. I was asked the next day to confirm my delivery address once again and I did but still a week later and no phone. This is unacceptable service!! Unproffesional and really bad attitude. I keep mailing this guys and calling to get an update and he just ignores my emails. Why must a person first scream and shout before receiving the service I am paying for each month?
