I applied for a contract 3 weeks ago. Initially I was told that I will receive the phone within a week as they had no stock. I waited for a call for more than a week and had heard nothing. I decided to go back to the store in the second week and I asked them when they will receive stock, they replied "by the end of the week". This is the third week and I went into the shop yesterday and they said they will be receiving stock yesterday or today. I went back to the shop late afternoon and was told they still haven't received anything and that the warehouse doesn't even have any stock. How can the warehouse not have stock? This is utter BS and I am tempted to go elsewhere. Please ensure that something gets done soon as I can't wait forever for something I will be paying for. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I do not understand how you won telecom of the year with such service.
