15 May upgraded over the phone via the call center
Was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery of new samsung 4
Called each week - another long story about stock
Been billed for the new upgrade subscription
All current BB applications have been terminated.
Called call center -10 June and was told still waiting for stock.
Asked to speak to a manager - was said NO MANAGERS speak to CLIENTS have you ever!!!
Was told email would be sent to me - nothing recieved.
Want a refund of subscriptions raised for June
Required what I asked for a NEW cellphone!!!
Shocking service!!
