I went in on saterday 22/06 they had system problems could not do upgrade. bianca said she would do it then i can just come in in the week to sign my contract. went in on wednesday 26/06 again there was system problems so she had to do my contact manually said she would then email it... still waiting, the same day 26/06 i paid for my sim swap... still waiting so i only have seven days in which i can return my phone yet i have been unable to test it. every time i phone bianca has a different story i even sent my mom to the shop on friday bianca told my mom the sim swap will just take 24 hours it's now monday???
