Top Up 135 not told by staff you cant use for data

Bianca set up the contract knowing I had a Blackberry and that I was going to use airtime to convert to BIS service, she never once said that this could not be done. When email invoice was received (10th Oct) I noticed that I had been charged extra for BIS. I went to the shop, but felt Bianca did not want to help and passed me to another member of staff, Allan, who said it was due to BIS and that I cant use airtime for this, he said he would speak to Bianca and Manager about this and get back to me on Friday (11th Oct) as manager was coming in between 3-5. I asked Allan to ensure that he phone me as I was fed up with trying to sort out this contract with one problem after another (no connection when Bianca said there would be). I feel I have been totally mislead with the contract, either, they sort it out, or my contract is cancelled and connection fees and other costs refunded back to me.
