Well as per my last complaint, much hasn't changed with vodacom. Rochelle asked me to fax through all my documents to get my account reactivated and i did so. When i called customer service on the 22/06/2013 i was told that my Sim that i purchased from the vodacare is a used Sim card. Furious and angry i asked the lady to read the Sim number, which she did and only to find out that, that Sim card isn't what i emailed to reactivation's. The customers name that was given to me was of a African gentleman and not mine.
furious and angry i went to the vodashop to check and help me with my dilemma, only to find out that someone else s bank account and residential info was activated to my cellphone account. I called mishack at accounts and emailed him my documents and he rectified it for me and unblocked my Sim. I was told that at the end of next month i will have to pay R696 and i was shocked because that's a large sum of money for a person like me to pay. So i phoned accounts department to get a more explicit explanation to why is was so much.
