I have upgraded en of May to my new Samsung Galaxy S4. i was very happy with the upgrade until i noticed im being billed for my MB usage. and i didnt get my 200 free anytime minutes. I asked the upgrade consultant whether my account will be billed the new billing amount in June and he confirmed. i have logged various calls with the call centre and the account hasnt been sorted out. please see below call numbers. Also, the accounts departement phoned me today saying my bill is R950!!!!! that is madness. I can not afford that amount of money to be deducted off my account. This is against the consumer act. billing a client for something when told they were on an included package. I need this sorted before Month end. i will stop Cell C's debit order at my bank. please can someone get back to me SOONEST!!
