Useles customer service ever, I paid Vodacom R2400 after that I went to inquire about my phone Being activated because it was diactivated due to late payment. Then when I got there I was assisted by a lady by the name of Tsholo, she said I need to pay R863.00 for the a new Sim card and the R800 is an outstanding money Which I must pay. So I payed that money and she said I must wait for a phone call from Vodacom before I can insert the Sim card in my phone this was on the 5th of Aug 2013. On the 12th of Aug 2013 R574.00 was deducted from my account by vodacom I then called Vodacom on the 13th of Aug 2013 asking them why did they debit my money and no one gave me an asnwer, then I asked them how long will the activation process take and the lady I spoke to said I must insert the sim card and this was when I was transfered to accounts department and I was assisted by a lady named Tracy and she told me they have to Refund me R800 that I payed. Then I was ok with that but I called vodacom today and they are telling me I'll only get that refund next week thursday. Does that make any sense. And please teach your consulted to be straight and forwad, I work hard for that money
