Hi
Line was installed on friday 31 may and its 4 june and line is still not after numerous attempts and keep getting told that the "system" didnt release the request. I even got told that i must log a fault as the line may faulty. Then i phone later then i get told the order not completed thus wont work.
So i am paying for a service that i cant use, who can i speak to re-imburse me for adsl not working. So by the looks of it no one can tell me when my line will bs active.
