Two lines have been installed on my business premises, one line (Adsl), and the other a Fax Line. But unfortunately, the fax line is charged a Adsl with uncapped for a subscription fee of R174.56 R314.91. I have called Telkom to cancel the Adsl on the 2nd line since 23/04/2013 (2 times - Spoke Vandile &and Sbongile). Called in again on the 24/04/2013 Spoke to Lebogang with a Reference No: TOC21829880, she said I must send a Mail SMBS Retention for Cancelling the Line. Mails were sent through, but I got no feedback. I called into Telkom on the 2/05/13 Spoke Tebogo, told me nothing has been done, she put me through the Cancellation Dept once again, which I held on for the past 55mins, frustated, I hung up.
I called in again on the 8/05/13, spoke to Helen Reference No: 2690118, told me to pay my Telkom Bill and the New Billing will be amended. Paid the Bill. Recieved the New Statement for June 2013, The statement has not been amended, billed now for DOUBLE THE AMOUNT, with no cancellation of the 2nd Line. I called in to Telkom, spoke to Lebo, stated that the line (Adsl) is still active, asked for a reference no, she couldnt because she didnt do anything on her side? Whats going on
