I applied for a adsl line to be installed, after 3 months it were installed and worked fine. Then it stopped working and I were informed that I never had a adsl line and cannot log a fault. After another months fighting it started to work again but at .3 mbps and not the 4mbps im paying for and had in when " I did not have a line ". Now 12 fault reports and 16 rude technitions telling me there is a fault with my line (the reason I reported it) I dont even have a working telephone line anymore. I called the complaints line to be on 25/03/2013 at 15:30 to be answered " ja" followed by a yawn and told to phone 10210 and while im talking she put the phone down. So to recap im paying R 899 per month to be visited by rude technitions.
